Hire Charges
(Hire charge subject to increase each financial year.)
Room Charges
Hall only - £45.00 per hour,

this includes the PRS (performing rights) license needed to play music, either a band, DJ or a stereo with a CD.

Plus Lounge hire £20.00 flat fee for the duration of hire. This is alongside the hall hire.

Plus Kitchen hire £20.00 flat fee for the duration of hire. This is alongside the hall hire.
Deposit - Hall

We require a £70.00 deposit to secure the date you require.

This is payable with a completed booking form.

This gets deducted from your final balance.
Indemnity Charge - Hall

There is a £150.00 indemnity charge, to cover breakages/damages etc, which is refundable within 10 working days of your function date.

The Indemnity and balance must be paid 3 weeks prior to your function date.
Lounge only - 25.00 per hr
Kitchen only - £25.00 per hr
Pavilion only - 25.00 per hr

Catering

You can bring in outside caterers at no extra cost. We will need copies of any relevant Health & Safety/Food Hygiene and Insurance documents, prior to date of hire. Caterers are prohibited from bringing in their own ovens.
Bar

You can provide your own alcohol for your guests, at a cost of £90.00.

Hire of the onsite bar - £50.00.
Capacity

The Hall itself holds up to 120 people, depending on your seating plan.

The the Lounge (which is adjacent to the Hall) can hold an extra 30 people but many of our hirers use the Lounge for buffets.

The Pavilion can hold up to 30 people.
What's Included.

Tables - 18 X 5ft table and 23 X square tables.

120 chairs for the main hall.

30 chairs for the Lounge

30 chairs for the Pavilion.
Our tables and chairs are included within the hire charge.

You will need to include 'set up' time and 'clear up' time in the hours you book and we only book by the hour.

What you bring into the Hall, decorations etc, we require these to be removed at the end of your event.

Brooms, dustpan & brush, mop & bucket and a Wet Floor sign are provided.

Confetti cannons are prohibited.

Indoor bouncy castles are allowed in the main hall only. Please ask for more information.
You can hire the hall up until 12 midnight, but as the hall is situated in a residential area we have strict guidelines we have to adhere to concerning music and alcohol.
The cut off point for both is 11.30pm, and you will need to vacate the building by 12 midnight.
